Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, convenient location, delicious bakery nearby, helpful front desk, safe for solo travelers.

Great location near restaurants and attractions, plus accessible to public transportation. Comfortable bed and clean room with free Wi-Fi. Friendly staff who accommodated us during our stay, and offered a variety of breakfast options.

The room was slightly cold and the heater took time to warm up the place. Noise from the nearby street and hallway was slightly disruptive at night.

This hotel was a great find! Starting with transportation, I was able to arrange for a taxi to pick me up from the airport which made getting here so much easier. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and always available to help. The location in a residential area was perfect for me, as it was a short walk away from the tourist area, where I was able to explore the city's historic landmarks at my own pace. The bonus was the daily breakfast which was delicious and filling and gave me a great start to the day.

The location was convenient, close to city center and all the main attractions. the room had a nice view and good natural light. the restaurant had good options for breakfast and the coffee was decent.

The cleanliness was poor, the sheets and towels smelled bad, and there were dust and dirt in the room. the staff was not helpful when dealing with issues, and the receptionist hardly spoke any English which made communication difficult.
